Under the influence of a number of factors (climate, ecological, anthropogenic) in populations of microorganisms, including foodborne pathogens, there are processes of formation of resistant to several antibacterials races of bacteria. This greatly complicates the treatment of these diseases.

Innovation aspects and main advantages

Study sensitivity to antibiotics, including aminoglycoside (netilmicin, streptomycin, gentamicin, kanamycin) carbapenems (imipenem, meropenem), III-IV cephalosporins of generations (cefazolin, cephalexin, cefuroxime, cefaclor, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, cefoperazone, ceftazidime, cefepime, Cephalothin, cefamandole), fluoroquinolones II-III-IV generation (nalidixic acid, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, pefloxacin, ofloxacin, lomefloxacin, levofloxacin) strains of Yersinia (pseudotuberculosis, enterocolitica), Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter, Pasteurella multocida.. Will be determined by mechanisms of antibiotic resistance and the changes are occurring molecular genetic properties. Methodological approaches will be developed to identify the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance in bacterial etiological factors that cause foodborne.

Study of resistance to antibacterial agents of bacteria provided -S -R dissociation. At this stage it is necessary to carry out the molecular genetic studies (sequencing) which we propose to do in continuing our previous investigation on antibiotic resistance of bacteria’s .
