Multifunctional gas analytical complex for automatically control and optimization of burning process


Technological complex TK-1 - the newest development for control of the burning processes, increase of ecology safety and reduction of emissions. The complex consist of automatic devices that continuously check CO and O2 content in exhausted gases of steam, hot water and energy boilers while burning different fuels (for gas, mazut, coal etw.). The devices also provide periodical checking on the base of indication O2 and CO and CH4 content in boiler’s area at the stage of preparation for controlling of burning process is realized. It provides minimal consumption and minimal environmental load under maximal energy efficiency.

Technical specifications

  1. Measuring ranges:
    • O2 –––––––––––––––––––– 1…10 %vol., 2…21% vol.
    • CO –––––––––––––––––––– 0…0,1%vol.
    • CH4 ––––––––––––––––––– 0…2% vol.
  2. Output signals for measuring channels O2 and CO – 4…20 mA;
    For channel of before explosive methane (CH4) concentration – “dry” relay short circuit under concentrations of methane (1.0±0.1)%vol.
    Interface RS232 is available.
  3. The devices are located in temperature regulated and dust protected cabinet. Cabinet are protected from non authorized intervention.
  4. Powers supply less than 300 W per one boiler.
  5. Complete set of delivery: instrumental cabinet, IR gas analyzer for measurement of CO, CH4, 151ЭХ-02 gas analyzer for measurement of O2 with use zirconium dioxide sensor (made in Ukraine) instrumental and measuring probes, gas sampling device.

Gas analyzer 325 ФА02 is developed on the base of IR transducer model developed jointly with German specialists in particularly for energy installations.

First time realized 24 hours non stop monitoring in technological processes and also control of ecological situation in period of waste burning.

The implementation of a system allowed optimizing burning process and to reduce fuel consumption and toxic gases, increasing the amount of burned waste.

Computer processing of measuring information allowed to archives the results of measurements and in that way to control the changes from technological process by the results of gas analytical control.

Gas analytical complex implemented on a Kiev Incinerator plant “Energy”. There are works about installation of complexes TK-1 on Zmievskaya Power electro station near Kharkov, the most powerful in Ukraine.
