Description

The issue of efficient decomposition and transformation of various gas mixtures through electric grades are widely discussed. Gas mixtures imply the burning products of thermal electric stations and metallurgic plants, vehicles exhaust, chlorine - fluorine containing carbons, etc. This problem is very important from the ecological point of view and has applied importance - purified gas mixtures may be used in chemical industry and agriculture. In the chimney with diameter 1-2 m should be mounted the section from 10 ring gadgets located at the distance 0,5 - 1 m from each other.

Maximum diameter of the gadget which we may produce is 1 m. Each gadget feeding is carried out by separate electric scheme, designated in the drawing, that is we will need 10 condensates with capacity 0,2 - 0.3 mkf, considered for tension 30-40 kw and one commutator as well. All condensers will be charged from the one feeding source, which should provide current of 1 A and tension 40 kw. Such source will give opportunity to section to operate with 0,2 - 1hz frequency. Number of gadgets in the pipe and the working frequency are defined by running speed in the pipe of the burning products.

However, it is important to remark that if we use frequency of 0.5 Hz it is possible to separate about 30 m3 burning products in one minute.

One should take into account the high temperature of the pipe, so dielectric material applied while running of our experiments would be not fit. However this problem is simply solved, if we apply the cables with Teflon isolation, which are rather accessible.

Manufacturing of one gadget of required diameter will cost about $1000 (the amount contains the condenser and commutator price). So the cost of one section will involve

10 X $ 1000 = $ 10000

The price of feeder is not involved since there is no here the feeder with required parameters. As to spent capacity, it doesn't exceed 20-50 kwt. So its cost is not considerable. It is possible that while one-two years will arise necessity in swapping or preventive service one or two gadgets. Assemble and operation of such gadget may be done by electrician of average qualification.

Innovative Aspect and Main Advantages

  1. The invention refers the procedure and the gadget for purification of the burning products from detrimental components from the ecological point of view.
  2. Invention may be applied in the thermal electric stations, metallurgical plants, etc.
  3. The technical result is achieved through the burning products subjected to complex effect by Ultra-Violet radiation and shock waves, which are formed as a result of sliding superficial ring grade. Furthermore the content of detrimental component (CH, NOx and etc.) in the burning, products is decreased by 10 and more.
  4. The advantage of the present procedure among other methods is smart construction, cheap cost and high efficiency.

Areas of Application

We invented objective separate method of burning products for coal and gas electric stations and factories as well as for toxic gas of cars. Ecology.

Stage of Development

Tested in laboratory.
