Description

Drying of dispersed materials is performed by means of thermal-vacuum method. Drying is executed while the material goes through vacuum heater made as a spiral. The heater heated to a prescribed temperature provides heat transfer between heater sides and the dispersed material. In the heated state, the material is fed into the vacuum chamber where intensive evaporation and vapor removing from the chamber take place.

For each material, there is its own mode of operation of the vacuum dryer which ensures the optimal use of energy resources and time for obtaining the final product.
