Obtained research samples of nanoceramics (friction coefficient is equal to 0.3 - 0.5 with 50 - 70 nm of grain size) based on silicon nitride by designed energy efficient modes of sintering with controlled speed of compression. The material shows 2 times better results in tribotechnical tests compared with analogues that are used in hybrid bearings.
