Unique technology of synthesis of zirconia nanoparticles was developed, which in their technological cycle has methods of physical and chemical modifications. That allows task oriented controlling the phase composition, surface state, size, morphology and aggregation of oxide nanoparticles. In single technological cycle the technology allows producing oxide nanoparticles, including complex composition, which modified for specific functional tasks.
