Nanostructured composite С/LiFePO4


The method of synthesis of nanocrystalline LiFePO4 powder with size 10-20 nm of carbon coated by interactions in the molten salt precursors and lithium iron phosphate with the addition of precursor has been created. By the same method is synthesized substituted lithium iron phosphate in which the share of iron is substituted by chromium for the modification of its structure. Cathodes which are made from this material show high specific characteristics while working in the lithium-ion battery.

Nanocrystalline composite C/LiFePO4 has a very high return specific capacitance, fast kinetics of charge-discharge and is made from cheap materials.
