The technology allows:

  • to improve extremely such working characteristics of the mold and cores as strength, thermal stability, deformation start;
  • to increase inertness in regard to alloy;
  • to decrease and stabilize shrinkage;
  • to decrease energetic consumption’s at the expense of decreasing temperature and time of synthesis;
  • to improve the removing processes of ceramic residuals.

A new method of hydrolysis of ethylsilicate was elaborated for the molds with a bonding ethylsilicate. It allows:

  • to use the modifiers;
  • to except the interaction of a casting's surface and a mold, and
  • to increase strength of a mold in 2,0-2,5 times.
