Description

The complex is designed to apply renewing coatings on different elements.

Main technical characteristics of the device are as follows:

  • efficiency of spraying (maximum), kg/h:
    • aluminum spraying – 10,0
    • zinc spraying – 30,0
    • powder wire – 12,0
  • working air pressure, MPa – 0,5-0,6
  • air loss, m3/min – 1,5
  • injector mass, kg – 1,5
  • used power , kW – 16,0

Innovative Aspect and Main Advantages

Application of the developed electric arc metallizers allows to:

  • coatings with low porosity 3-5%, improved corrosion and abrasive resistance;
  • decrease roughness of aluminium and zinc coatings from Rz – 50-60 mkm to Rz – 40-45 mkm, that makes it possible to decrease 20-30% the paint expenditure for the next paint coating;
  • obtain wear-resistant powder wire coatings that allows to increase service life of HPP boiler heating elements in 2-3 times.

Areas of Application

Coatings are used for corrosion protection of large-scale structures, bridges, capacities etc and also for protection against gas-abrasive wear of heating elements of HPP boilers.

Coatings can be applied in oil-gas, power generating, transport.
