Description

The Laboratory is specialized on pipes tensile fracture in gas environments at high pressures and temperatures. Highly-qualified staff and unique equipment provides high precision and safety during testing:

  • tensile testing of pipes with different types of defects and welded elements in gas environments at pressures up to 300 MPa and temperatures up to 120°С;
  • fatigue strength testing of pipes;
  • testing of both metal and plastic pipes;
  • computer processing of test results using “Trakt” software that allows the prediction of further service life of operation.

  • tests are carried out in a specially equipped complex with holding all safety standards;
  • tests approach as close as possible the real operation conditions of pipelines and give very precise results.
