Vibroacoustic system VAS–1 based on the developed methodology of stochastic oscillation analysis with employment of modern elements of microelectronics and corresponding software a moving system VAS-1 for extraction and processing of vibrosignals of rotation mechanisms has been created for detection and prevention of emergency situations on tubrogenerators, oil-transfer plants, drilling machines, diagnostics of rotating bodies, electric engines, vibrdiagnostics, gas-compressor units, portal cranes, electricity generating devices, etc.

Innovative Aspect and Main Advantages

The methodology of early diagnostics of the elements of mechanical rotation systems is developed. It is based on the theory of non-stationary random processes. It consists in extraction and statistic analysis of vibratio process non-stationary component that characterizes vibrations of the system defective elements.
