High manganese steel as each steel having susceptibility to transcrystallization is very responsive to smelting, pouring and cooling heat conditions and also to treatment. It is known that scrap of castings are increased when temperature or pouring became lower than some value. Increasing of the temperature of pouring over the optional value isn’t permissible for columniar structure.

On the other side, liquid high manganese steel has to fulfill the mold with large velocity required the increasing of pouring temperature. The mechanism of inoculcators’ influencing on suspension pouring consists of: thermophysical influencing of melting participles; temperature of liquid, increasing the centers of crystallization; creating the heavy quantity of heterogeneity’s interacting with growing dendrites.

Using of the new technology for production of castings with weight near 3 tons is supporting next results: decreasing of dead head at 5-15%; refining the grain size more five times; increasing if serviceability casting at 20%.
