Casting of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys with metal crystallization under high regulated pressure (GAMODAR-process)

Description

Technology of casting production by Lost-Foam process with crystallization of the metal under high-regulated pressure and equipment for its realization with ecological safety system has been developed.

New technology can be use for casting obtaining with weight range 0,2…500kgs in small-scale, serial and mass production and ensures high precision’s of obtained castings.

  • capital expenditures in 2,5…3,0 times;
  • term of production exploitation beginning – in1,5-2,0 times.

GAMODAR-process is recommended for casting production of responsible destinations from ductile and alloyed irons, carbon and alloyed steels, non-ferrous alloys for auto- tractor building, fittings and agricultural-building production.
