Technological process of restoration of carrying ability of building constructions


The presented technological process allows to remove damages in concrete structures of long-term operation:

  • basements; walls and floors of constructions; bridges and their;
  • transport tunnels and sewage water collectors;
  • reservoirs, pools, water-cooling towers, canalization cleaning systems;
  • channels, hydraulic and port structures.

A moving diagnostic-restoration complex based on truck chassis is also available.

This technology is used for:

  • Healing of crack –like defects in construction elements;
  • Restoration of serviceability of concrete , iron-concrete and brick structures;
  • Establishment of residual life of restored structural elements operating under corrosion-mechanical fracture.

Technological process has been implemented at:

  • tunnel – “Kyivmetrobud” company, Tashlyk HNPP;
  • water-cooling towers and cleaning constructions– “Lukor” company (Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast);
  • reservoirs, capacities, sewage collectors – enterprises of water-channel systems of Lviv, Lutsk, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk;
  • basements, walls, bridges, port constructions – communal service of Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, Illichivsk sea port in Odessa region;
