This mini-Excimer laser, with an SRS-converter is able to generate simultaneously on multiple lines in a wide range of the excimer lasers radiation spectrum and is characterized by exceptionally high spectral brightness while possible to finely-restructure the generated lines in a small range.

Parameters trade-off: To attain its miniature size this Excimer Laser had to trade-off the repetition rate and jitter level parameters but all other parameters of the produced light beam are of equal or superior quality compared to those attained by the bulky and expensive excimers available in the market. A very compact 30 X 22 X 8,5 cm affordable 5 kg Excimer laser is not coming out in the market often. Designed for use in scientific and educational laboratories market niche and not only, this robust Miniaturized Excimer embodies almost 20 years of continuous miniaturization engineering that have started at Moscow Institute of General Physics back in the late 80-ies. It qualifies as a substantial innovation because it introduces several important enabling features as to known conventional lasers designed for similar purposes (i.e.: research on the impact of excimer UV laser beam on various substances). Technologies embodied in our product are developed and parameters are optimized with the science laboratory needs in mind. The product is robust and endurable for field operations and may also respond to a wider range of needs and problems that can make it satisfy latent needs and new uses as it is addressed and designed in order to induce a wider use of the excimer lasers.

Its size and innovative construction makes of it both versatile and flexible and enables a wider range of lab users to perform affordably several "light detect-verify" operations in circumstances and environments where it is not feasible and/or possible to use the sizable and expensive conventional excimer lasers available in the market today.
