Complex is intended for atomic-emission analysis of metals and alloys. It consists of vacuum diffraction spectrometer, unipolar arc and low-voltage spark generator, and also built-in block of gas automation and some electronic modules.

Innovative Aspect and Main Advantages

Wide spectral range and high spectral resolution allows one to determine percentage content of all elements of the periodic system.

Via use of spectral lines of the vacuum ultraviolet range the complex could analyze such hard–to-reach elements like sulfur, phosphorus and carbon contented in their small amount.

Original algorithms of data processing allowed one significantly reduce matrix effects and ensure accuracy of analysis in line with requirements of the state standards for spectral analysis methods.
