Description

The Development involves the set of wide temperature range (300-0.3 K) extra high frequency radiospectrometers (frequency 9-12 GHz, 20- 60 GHz, 70-150 GHz) for the Electron Magnetic Resonance research. The Development is implemented into Cryomagnetic radiospectroscopy complex of the millimeter waveband, (has the status of NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-RELATED PATRIMONY of UKRAINE, since 2006).

Innovative Aspect and Main Advantages

  • study of magnetoresonance properties of novel artificial magnetic materials including nanomagnetics (multilayered, nanogranular, amorphous, etc.);
  • development and design of specialized electromagnetic resonant cells for magnetic resonance spectroscopy of novel artificial materials;
  • novel technique for nanomaterials nondestructive control.

Areas of Application

Characterization and nondestructive control by the electron spin resonance method of novel magnetic materials for:

  • telecommunication systems of GHz and terahertz (THz) bands;
  • spintronics of GHz, THz bands.
