X-Ray and Gamma-Radiation Detectors
Product
- Wide range detector module for measuring the exposition dose rate of γ-radiation
- Emergency detector module for measuring intensive γ-radiation at NPP
- Detector module for monitoring and detection of radionuclides
Description
The products are the detector modules which represent most important and technologically complex parts of any radiation meter and which can be easily integrated in any such device.
A special, innovative and competitive feature of the product is a material of the sensor: CdTe or CdZnTe (CZT) semiconductor compound. Its main advantages are high sensitivity at small size and operation at room temperatures. The own technology for manufacture and treatment of CdTe and CdZnTe crystals allows to create modern detectors which can be successfully applied in devices for registration, monitoring and measuring of X- and gamma-radiation.
